"Milk bottle" - {wedding gift}

Made this milk bottle a while ago, just put on a stamp and two QK hearts with the name of the couple that is getting married today.

Made this wedding card for a wedding we're attending tomorrow. I've also made a box looking like a milk bottle. I'm not finished yet, and will try to post it here later.

2 old layouts {Sand & You and me}

This one was made for a challenge on MN. One should use at least 5 photos. The photos are from the vacation on Crete this summer. Peder playing on the beach. The pattern paper is from MM. Just love the travel theme.

this one was also made for a challenge at MN. I love the photos from the same holiday in Crete, but didn't really like the layout. It was a scraplift. :)

2 new layouts!

Made this layout with photos from our holiday in Crete this year. Thought it was fun to put 2 b/w photos together with color photos. The paper and alfabeth is from BG, tag from Panduro, flowers from Prima, and the tag is Tim Holtz.

This was made with a really nice photo from this August. My husband took this photo of our son when they went playing outside in a play ground. The pattern paper is Kaisercraft, alfa is AC thickers, the beautiful (OMG!) key is Tim Holtz, the big flower is Magnolia, the others are Prima.

{Even more christmas cards!!}

Made some more Christmas cards last evening. Quite fun thing to do when it's late summer :). They probably look a bit bent, but it's the angle of the cameras fault... sorry.


I think this card is missing something, something green. I'll try to find something to put on it later today. I used white and brown cardstock, and the felt is from Queen&Co. finally found something nice to use it on. Perfect on xmas cards! Other than that a xmas stamp, Love, Elsie ribbon, white pen and black pen.


Here is also used a Magnolia stamp.

Friends card. The stamp says: If friends were flowers, I would have picked you. I've great plans to send this to a friend of mine, who lives outside of Oslo. Used two different kinds of pattern paper... can't remember now, Prima flowers, bling-bling, pearls, Magnolia stamp.

First xmas card!

This is this years first xmas card. I used Bo Bunny xmas pattern paper, so beautiful, maybe I should order more... Magnolia stamp, and stamp from Ladybug and friends (recipe for gingerbread cookies). Other than that I used, white and brown cardstock, and Big Zig white paint. And as always I've inked around edges! The Magnolia stamp is colored with paint from Ranger distress ink.

{Shopping!}

Here's my shopping! Remember I told you that my husband gave me a thousand Norwegian kroner, well. I bought a lot of stamps, and pattern paper, some Tim Holtz keys and tags, and som alfa stickers. Really looking forward to start to make the Christmas cards, with all the new stamps.

{Here's my project!} - Kreta minner (Memories of Crete)

This is my new project, that I put some sneak previews of earlier.

The book is for my husbands parents. I'll give it to them this weekend, when we're visiting them at the West Coast of Norway, where they live.

The ice cream page is the last page of the book. The book was made with my bind-it-all machine. Superb to make small gifts like this one.
I used a lot of left over pattern paper, and other "scraps". The style is quite clean and simple.

Birthday card and a chocolatebar :)

Made this birthday card for a friend of mine. The stamp is Magnolia, can't remember the pattern paper manufactor, the pink cardstock is Bazzil.

She only got a big chocolate bar and a big bag of coffee. She loves both coffee and chocolate.

This photo was taken yesterday, when my son was outside playing with his dad all day.
I really like the expression on his face, and the colors of the swing and his clothes :).

I've made a new card today and a chocolate gift-cover, have to wait until tomorrow to post it, because of the bad light.

Criss cross card! {baby boy card}

I made my very first criss cross card - a baby card I'm giving to some friends of ours, that got their son August 1st. We're visiting them (I hope!) this firstcoming weekend.
Can't remember the pattern paper, other than that I've used Bazzil white and blue cardstock and a stamp that says "Welcome to the world!" and some bling-bling. Inked with Distress Ink vintage photo.
It was very easy and fun to make this card, think I'll make some more! But not tonight.

Alt om .. utfordring nr. 1 - Scrappehuset

Here's my take on Scrappehuset challenge Alt om Tone Fiskaa. You're supposed to use photos from a trip or something where several people are involved. The main focus is the photos and the journaling. More like back to basics! The way you used to scrapbook!

These photos are from our very first trip to Vietnam back in 2005. There is no photo of me. I have blurred out the faces because I'm not sure if the persons want to be published in this blog.
The trip was fantastic, and I have a lot of other photos to scrapbook from this trip....

I used MM pattern paper, tag from Panduro, Dymo, rain drops, pearls, stamps from Maya Road, QK alfa Lucy with foam.

Yes! Finally I've used some of the money my husband gave me. :)
I used about 750 norwegian kroner on a lot of pattern paper, stamps and stamps and some embellishment... All bought at www.bikuben.com
I've never shopped online from Bikuben, only been at their big and nice shop at Strømmen outside Oslo. I think it's one of the best shops ever! But when it comes to shopping online, I tend to visit www.papirihjertet.no or www.papirloftet.no

Well, I'm really looking forward to get the stuff at the postoffice. Hope they ship it tomorrow, so maybe I'll get the stuff at Wednesday. Superb!

Yesterday I almost finished my new project. Hope to finish it tonight. And I almost finished my take on Scrappehuset challenge. Really looking forward to see the other layouts there.

Well, I'm supposed to do some work right now, better go and do something now...

Sneak preview! {New project}

Here are a sneak preview of a new project, I'm doing. It's supposed to be finished by next weekend. Hope I'll get enough time! Other than that I have finished a layout, but I can't publish it yet, because it's for an competition on MN.
