{More shopping...! :-D}

Oh yes! This time my Mastercard was in good use ;):

I bought some pattern paper, two sets of stamps from Paperbag Studios. They're just lovely. Some angels, 3-D foam, EZ Mount sheets to store EZMount stamps, some envelopes for my Xmas cards and a palette from panduro to put my ink on when I paint.

Isn't these stamps just wonderful!

And these have I been waiting for since the beginning of September. They're in Norwegian, and are perfect for those cards....! Love em!

Looking forward to later tonight when my son is all tucked in bed. :-D

{Some new cards!}

Have not had enough time this week to make layouts. Been really busy. Last evening I went to a scrapbookingstore in Oslo, where I had this class in stamping techniques.

So here are the results:

This first card was made in class last evening. It's stamped on glossy paper, and then painted with distress ink. It was really fun!

This was a bit tricky to make. But fun! I loved the retro punch (flowers). Didn't buy it... yet! ;)
The Magnolia stamp is sooo nice:

And the last card is a criss cross Christmas card, I made this on Wednesday when I went scrapbooking with a friend of mine. :):

Hi!

Thanks for all your sweet comments on my blog! :)

Good news, I did'nt need to help out the other section of mye work. They would have used like 2 days to learn me the things I needed to know, and there was no such time... I was dismissed :-D. Nice. So I took my bicycle and ran away ;).

Happy birthday to me!

Tomorrow is my birthday! Hipp hipp hurray!
And my husband has some dinner planned for us. A surprise! ;) Looking forward to that. The babysitter is coming here 5 p.m.
My boss asked me (well, I didn't have any choice really) to help out another section of my work place for 3 days. Really boring job, and I've never done it before... Starting tomorrow morning (on my birthday :() bummer!

Well, hope you're all having a nice evening. I've been working on some Christmas cards - not really finished yet. Will publish it as soon as I'm done.

2 years old - birthday!

I think this was the best photo taken of my son, who turned 2 years old yesterday. He wouldn't sit still for very long. Too excited because of the other children and maybe because he understood the importance of the day?
He got this crown in the kindergarden. He didn't always put it on correct. ;)

With the crown on his head... for a short while...

A little smile from the birthday boy! :)

Mmmm... mommy made chocolate cake! :)

Finished eating cake! :-D

I won!!!

Oh My God! I won the ScrappeMania challenge with One Little Word # 4 Memories (Minner). The layout is the previous post. I'm quite proud, but also humble. This was such a simple and clean layout, but I love the photo. Think the pattern papers are lovely too.

Thanks a lot ManiaGirls! :-D

{Et lite ord #4} Minner - ScrappeManias utfordring

Her kommer mitt bidrag (i siste liten) til ScrappeManias utfordring!

{New SLR digital camera!!!}

Finally I bought the camera (thought this photo with the girl holding the camera was cool) I've longed for since May! A Canon EOS 450D with a 18-55 mm lens. Oh! Really looking forward to try it! And think I need a lens or two - not right at once, but later ;).

Think I'll bring it along with me this weekend, because us 3 girls are probably going into the forrest to exercise. He-he.

The camera is a present from my husband for my upcoming birthday. I have to pay a little bit by myself, but that's okay. A superb present, don't ya think!!!?

Thanks, love, for the nice present! Love you!

Hope you all have a nice weekend!

New shopping!

I did some shopping yesterday and today at Steffens Hobby. Lots of new stamps :) Looking forward to use these Sarah Kay stamps and Papilio stamp.

Also bought distress ink, thickers, and long fasteners.

Details of the stamps:

2 new cards! {Sarah Kay}

Was at Steffens Hobby yesterday to learn to stamp with Sarah Kay stamps. The "teacher" was Malin Petterson. She makes lovely cards, and stamps (Papillio).
Made two cards, one of them is a criss cross card. Didn't get the time to finish the inside card with ribbons as you can see (three holes where there should have been ribbon tied).
