A beautiful Saturday

Went to Bogstad Gård (Bogstad Farm) with some friends today. Peder lost his new football some days ago, so I bought him a new red one! Think he likes it. He played with it and this photo was taken before we went to bath just next to the farm. The kids played in the wather, just loved it. Peder didn't wanna go out of the wather. He didn't take any nap today, so he fell asleep right away when I put him to bed. :) Nice!
Have not done a lot of scrapbooking today. Finished one LO for tomorrows competition on MN. Almost anyway.
Goodnight! Think I'll go to bed now. Tomorrow my husband's coming home. Really looking forward to seeing him again.

PLAY be happy and smile

This layout was made tonight! I was too late (and Vibeke was too fast ;)) to send this in for the competition. So I'll publish it here now. I like the photo. It was taken last weekend, Saturday afternoon. It was cold, rain, and really bad weather. Peder had his fotball with him, we played together. I made this photo with some color and b/w in Picasa. Cool huh?!

This layout was made for a competition on Mammanett a couple of weeks ago. The photo is of myself and my littlesister eating icecream. Think the picture is nice. I'm not very pleased with the layout, but it was fun anyway. Love to use pink on my layouts. :)

{Et lite ord} utfordring ScrappeMania: Ny/New

Jeg har laget en layout til utfordringen på ScrappeMania. Oppgaven var å lage en layout med ordet "ny" eller "new". Min tittel ble Ny- badet baby. Bildet er av min sønn, bare 6 dager gammel, og han får sitt første bad hjemme.

A desert beach

This layout is made with one of my favorite photos taken during our holiday in Vietnam this winter. The title is: A desert beach. I've used chipboard which I've painted with white paint, and inked. Rubons in the corner, and overlays (transparent). Love the patterned paper also.

Look!!

Look! An aeroplane! Sunday we were in the walley of Torshov (Oslo) and my husband took this photo! The thing that Peders pointing at is an aeroplane in the sky. What a moment in time-photo!

This layout is called: Hapiness (:is to be your mom).
I've made this for our album (I've already made one for Peders album). Needed some pink, so it's not that blue ;). I've used a handle from a paperbag - thought it was cute.
Also som filt from Fancy Pants, the patterned paper is also Fancy Pants (daydreams), som homemade thickers (done with Roxy QK alfa), and Scenic Route journaling labels.

This picture was taken today, when the guys were ouside playing. I was at work, just 3 hours today.
Think I'll use this photo for a layout! :)

New laptop!

This is my new laptop (it looks like this one). It's beautiful, even though I'm not quite used to it yet. I've been using a Dell computer - and the laptop is a bit different from this new one! But I'm pleased with my new one.

I've planned to watch a DVD with my husband later today, and I also will try to scrapbook a bit.
Think we'll go outside even though the weather is bad (but it has stopped raining).

Competition (old) on MN (April)

This was made for a competition in April on Mammanett. I think I forgot to post it in my blog. I really like the photo of myself and my sister. We're holding two crabs, really proud. My mom said the photo was taken in Sweden in the early 1980's. The layout is called: "Look at our catch - crabs!"

Anniversary card (wedding)

This card is made out of a brown paper bag. It's for my parents 40 years wedding anniversary. :) I put it in the mail - so I hope they will get it in their mailbox tomorrow.



Some details. Inside is an old photo of my parents (when they're in their early 30's or late 20'ies.
The inside of the card is not that nice to look at. And it's a bit personal ;).

Nancys workshop!

This card is made after a workshop at Nancys blog. It was nice to make, I was a little stupid when I used the sewing machine without thread, because I did it last, and not before I put my thickers on. Hope you like it, Nancy!

A sparkling start on the day!

I think the photo shoot today was very nice! Peder was smiling a lot, and I think our photographer took a lot of nice pictures. We will look at the result next Wednesday. I think both she and Peder were more satisfied with todays session, because he said goodbye, gave her a hug and a kiss. She said that in some years he would probably break some girls heart ;).

I took a after-dinner nap today, was so tired. Don't know why, really.

A friend of my husband just left, he came by with the 3 Indiana Jones movies. The firth movie is going to be on the cinema tomorrow, he wanted us to see all 3 now. I think I have seen one of them, my husband has of course seen them all.

I'm going to do Nancy's little workshop now. :)

A good day!

I woke up early today! Way too early! 5.30 a.m. I wasn't sleepy when I woke up, so I just got out of bed. Went to work quite early.

Thought I would be very sleepy by now, but I'm doing some scrapbooking tonight :). Don't get sleepy then. Think I'll get me some chocolate to make it perfect!

Tomorrow morning (9 a.m.) we'll have a new photo shoot at the photograph. I hope my son will be more eager to smile and show how wonderful he actually can be then. I bought him a new toy today, that I will give him there. This picture is one that was taken the last time, when he was way too tired to smile and give his best!
